WHISKY & CHOCOLATE

Naast bier mogen wij Belgen ook bijzonder trots zijn  op onze chocolade. En onze frieten. En Jacques Brel. En Adolphe Sax. En onze wegeninfrastructuur. Nu ja, dat laatste misschien niet zozeer.

Chocolade dus. Niet alleen staan we wereldwijd bekend voor het feit dat wij deze lekkernij het allerbeste kunnen maken, chocolade pairt ook nog eens bijzonder goed met allerlei drankjes & whisky in het bijzonder. MEUGman Jeroen neemt jullie graag mee in de wondere wereld van de whisky, gecombineerd met lekkers op basis van cacao. De basis zijn 4 chocolades van COUP DE CHOCOLAT, een ambachtelijke & zeer boeiende Antwerpse bean-to-bar chocolatier. Die combineren we met 4 whisky's. Tot slot serveren we nog 2 whisky's, & gaan we samen op zoek welke van de 4 chocolades het beste combineert daarmee. Jazeker, publieksparticipatie en zo!

Maar vooral: een boeiende avond met lekkers in uw glas & daarnaast, in de relaxte sfeer van MALZ!

The basis is 4 chocolates from COUP DE CHOCOLAT, an artisanal & very fascinating Antwerp bean-to-bar chocolatier. We combine these with 4 whiskies. Finally, we serve 2 more whiskies, & together we will find out which of the 4 chocolates combines best with them. Yes, audience participation & all that!
