The BASE

To start with there is a fixed menu with mostly beers of small, independent Belgian breweries..That's our BASE, our reference card. Typical Belgian styles, like lambiek, saison, oud bruin, blond & tripel, and dubbel & quadrupel receive special attention.

At the end of this menu you also find our selection of ciders, meads & spirits

TAPLIST & CHANGING SPECIALS

Next to the base we offer a whole arsenal of changing specials: local, Belgian & international beer. Stock is always limited. If you walk into MALZ, you'll find these beers in the fridges at the back.

Eight of our 12 taps work with the same principle: once a keg empties a complete new beer will appear. The first four taps are fixed:  Pils 13 & our three "local heroes": Kuitenbijter, Adept & Zure Kriek

FUNKY STUFF

This exclusive menu is a collection of the crème de la crème of spontaneous / wild / mixed fermented beers from Belgium and abroad. Also here the stock is limited & the offer changes often.
