Cider van appels uit onze hoogstam boomgaard in Geel, verrijkt door twee maanden schilmaceratie met de schillen van onze Pinot Noir wijn. Gebotteld in juli 2023 na een half jaar rijping op de lies.

Apple cider from our high standard orchard in Geel, enhanced with the addition of the skins from our Pinot Noir wine, following two months of skin maceration. This complex & elegant cider is then bottled in July 2023 after six months of aging on the lees.
