We brewed this beer at Dok Brewing Co. in Gent.
We used local malted barley & raw wheat from Hof ten Dormaal for this light, fresh, bitter & dry grisette. Flavored with Styrian Dragon & Nectaron hops.
 
Only available on tap at MALZ, or limited in 75cl bottle.
